Weekly Sessions

$180 a Month

Harmonie will meet with you one on one for about 1 hour every week. In addition to that you will get access to the Fitness App that includes meal plans, Meal tracking and workouts that Harmonie has designed custom for you and your goals. You will also be able to message Harmonie throughout the week with any Questions.

We also offer a 2 times a week program for $320 a month.

Per Session

$50 per session

Maybe you are not ready for weekly sessions. You can pay per session:) This option does not always come with access to the app.

Initial Visit

$75

Our first visit is our chance to get to know each other and start creating a plan. This visit is usually 90 min long and includes initial assessments.
